Contact form monitoring for web agencies
When a client's form breaks, you hear it from us first.
Every morning we fill in the contact forms on your clients' websites and check that the notification email arrives. If it doesn't, you know the same day, not three weeks later from the client.
Launching soon. We're looking for early agencies now.

Contact forms don't break with an error. They break quietly.
The page still loads and the visitor still sees "Thanks, we'll be in touch". The email just never arrives anywhere.
- Day 1
A plugin updates. Everything looks fine.
- Days 2–20
Enquiries get sent, and none of them arrive.
- Day 21
The client calls: "we haven't had any enquiries lately".
- With Choreless
You get an alert on the morning of day 1.
Common causes: plugin or theme updates, an expired SMTP password, an over-eager spam filter, a domain, DNS or hosting move.
A few minutes of setup per site, then it runs on its own.
Add the site
The address and the form. Any platform works: WordPress, Wix, Webflow or custom-built.
Add a check address
Add a Choreless address as an extra recipient of the form's notifications. No plugin to install.
We test every morning
We submit a message marked
Choreless testand watch for the notification for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, we tell you
An email alert with the site, the time and exactly what we saw.
- Daily form test and delivery check
- Email alert the same morning
- One dashboard for all your client sites
- Easy to pass on in your maintenance plans
Planned price, final at launch. Early agencies get their first sites set up for free.
Won't the daily test message annoy the client?
Every test carries the "Choreless test" marker, so a mail filter can archive it automatically. The client never sees it unless they want to.
Do I need to install a plugin or code?
No. You only add an email address to the form's notifications. That's why it works beyond WordPress too.
What if the form has a CAPTCHA or spam protection?
We sort those out with you. Most systems allow a test key or an exception, so real visitors stay protected.
How often do you check?
Once a day in the morning by default. Important sites can be checked more often.
When does it launch?
We're starting with a few early agencies now. Write to us and we'll let you know as soon as we can set up your first sites.
